These Terms form an agreement between you and Aurum Ocean Intelligence Ltd, the Hong Kong company operating Celestype. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Results describe tendencies inferred from your answers. They are not facts, diagnoses, professional assessments, or guarantees of behavior or outcomes.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, automate abusive traffic, or use outputs to harm, discriminate against, or make high-impact decisions about another person.
The price, currency, taxes, and merchant of record are shown before checkout. Purchases are one-time unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise. The payment provider processes your payment and may apply its own terms.
A report is generated on demand after payment is confirmed. Delivery is complete when the report becomes available in your account. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
You retain rights in the questionnaire answers you submit and grant us permission to process them solely to operate the Service. Celestype software, design, scoring logic, branding, and report templates remain ours or our licensors’.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased report for private, non-commercial purposes.
The Service is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, education, or relationship advice and must not replace qualified professional judgment.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any real-world outcome.
We may update these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country. Contact support@celestype.com with questions.
